Job Qualification & requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in sale, Marketing and communication or equivalence field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or as a professional sale
- Good knowledge of speaking and writing English
- Good computer skill, MS. Office including typing in both Khmer and English or MS. Design (if)
- Good command of English and Chinese (if)

Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Build long term relationships with key contracts at target customer
- Seeking out new customer and sale opportunities to driving revenue
- Initiate promotional event for the company
- Provide all information of service company
- Analyze sale trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
- Use various lead generation tools (website, blog, promotions, trade shows, market research, cold calling and email
- Immediately make phone call, send mail / SMS notify customers
- Provide customer efficient solution meet need
- Follow plans and schedules to achieve target
- Generate Event response report by Daily, weekly and monthly
- Provide oral and written translation and documentation as requested
- Developed cost analysis of sale
- Timely report to Manager if any problem

UNIK Security Personnel Requirements:
- Minimum of 19 years old
- No medical issues
- No drug use (tested)
- Police identification to ensure no criminal record
- Family record book to verify family members and permanent address
- ID card to validate age as required by Cambodian labor law
Clients can obtain a copy of any security guard’s identity working on their premises upon request.
Training Program
Our integrated security training system is approved by the Ministry of Interior and the Commissioner General of National Police Cambodia. All new recruits undergo a rigorous screening process that includes police background checks, fingerprinting, medical examinations, drug tests, and biographical checks. All security personnel records are maintained confidentially by UNIK, the police, and our clients.
After completing this process, security officer candidates undergo a rigorous physical training course to test their ability to work as a team and handle potential threats they may encounter on the job. All students must successfully pass a wide range of security training modules, including fire prevention, criminal detection, self-defense, first aid, traffic control, diplomacy, report writing, effective communication, and the use of security-related tools and equipment, as well as other customer-specific requirements.
1) Criminal Law and Civil Law
UNIK provides staff training in a comprehensive understanding of Cambodian criminal and civil law, ensuring that guards’ behavior aligns with legal requirements. This equips them to handle offenses, arrests, incident reporting, and theft more effectively.
2) Self-Defense
UNIK recognizes the need for physically fit and well-trained staff to protect not only themselves but also the people and property within your business. We hire self-defense instructors from Cambodia and internationally to ensure our guards are prepared for both local and international incidents.
3) First Aid
UNIK ensures that all staff, from management to lower levels, are trained in first aid. As hired professionals, our guards are often the first on the scene during an incident. Their training enables them to manage situations effectively and provide protection to those who have been harmed.
4) Fire Training
UNIK adheres to health and safety guidelines set by government bodies, including fire training protocols. Our practical training ensures that if a fire occurs, our guards will follow the correct procedures for each situation.
5) Car Park Management
Highly visible security officers patrol car parks to prevent illegal and thoughtless parking. UNIK’s security personnel are trained and licensed to undertake wheel clamping and issue tickets and fines when company policy supports this approach. Car park management can also be part of UNIK’s comprehensive access security service, including gatehouse management, car park barriers, and ticket machines in public areas.
6) Cybersecurity Awareness
UNIK trains its personnel in basic cybersecurity practices to protect against digital threats. Guards are equipped with the knowledge to identify and respond to potential cyber incidents that could compromise the security of the premises they are protecting.
7) Emergency Preparedness
UNIK ensures that all guards are trained in emergency preparedness, including evacuation procedures, disaster response, and crisis management. This training equips our personnel to effectively manage and mitigate the impact of emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
